Our Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT) and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BEE.

Our 18 hotels and resorts are found in desirable and high-barrier-to-entry urban and resort markets in the United States, Mexico and Europe. They include 8,271 rooms, 851,600 square feet of multi-purpose meeting and banqueting space, and feature multiple revenue streams, such as world-class restaurants, unique wine and cocktail bars, high-end spas and desirable retail offerings.

We are the only REIT that purely focuses on the upper-upscale and luxury lodging market. Our irreplaceable properties are managed by some of the most well-respected international hotel management companies, including Fairmont®, Four Seasons®, Hilton®, Hyatt®, InterContinental®, Loews®, Marriott®, KSL Resorts®, Ritz-Carlton® and Westin®.
